The Enrollment Process, How it Works

Our Lady of the Rosary School has made enrollment as easy as possible without sacrificing individual choices. Each family situation is different and this requires options. Our Lady of the Rosary School thinks that parents should have as many options as feasible to help them design a program that academically and financially fits their particular needs.

First - Make your choices

  • Choose your curriculum
  • Choose your preference of payment that best fits your needs. Keep in mind that we also have other plans available to families and we can customize a payment plan for your budget.
  • Fill out one Family Registration form, a Student Registration form (and a High School Course Selection Form if applicable) for each child and the Policy and Payment Schedule form.

Second -Send Documents to School

If you have chosen the full payment plan 1:

Send:
  • the Policy and Payment Schedule
  • Student Registration Form(s), High School Course Selection Form(s) if applicable, and
  • the Family Registration Form with the total amount of tuition indicated in the Payment Schedule to:

If you have chosen the Extended Payment Option (2) or if you have made other arrangements with the school:

Send:
  • The Policy and Payment Schedule and
  • the Family Registration Form with
  • Student Registration Form(s), High School Course Selection Form(s) if applicable, and 
  • the down payment indicated on the Payment Schedule form to the address above.

Third -Sign Contract

Our Lady of the Rosary School will then send you a student contract with the payment information confirmed for you.
Simply sign the student loan contract and return it to the school. That’s all there is to it.
